Terms of Service

By accessing or using the manadinner website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

manadinner is a meal subscription and delivery service that provides fresh, home-cooked Indian meals to subscribers. Subscribers choose a meal plan (Pure Vegetarian or Veg + Non-Veg) and delivery frequency (Lunch, Dinner, or Both), and receive daily deliveries to their registered address. Ordering and deliveries are available only with an active subscription.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. The flat monthly fee covers delivery and platform access. Meal charges are based on your chosen plan and frequency.

You may change your meal type, frequency, or pause your subscription at any time through your account page. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle or delivery, as applicable.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Meal selections must be made before 9:00 PM local time on the day prior to delivery. After the cutoff, selections are locked and sent to the kitchen for preparation.

manadinner makes best efforts to deliver within the stated timeframes (lunch by 12:30 PM, dinner between 5:00–7:00 PM). Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible delivery address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, we are not obligated to redeliver or provide a refund for that meal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive meals until the end of your current billing period.

You may pause your subscription for up to 6 weeks per calendar year at no cost. While paused, no deliveries will be made and no meal charges will accrue.

You may receive SMS text messages from manadinner, including launch updates, delivery notifications, and account alerts.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All meals are prepared in health-department certified kitchens following food safety regulations. However, our kitchens handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy.

Allergen information is displayed on each meal card in the app and on packaging labels. It is your responsibility to review allergen information before consuming any meal. manadinner is not liable for allergic reactions arising from consumption of our meals when allergen information was disclosed.

All content on the manadinner website and app — including text, graphics, logos, recipes, images, and software — is the property of manadinner and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, manadinner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
