Refund Policy

Our fair and transparent approach to refunds and meal credits

1Our Commitment

At manadinner, we take pride in every meal we prepare and deliver. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund or credit.

2Meal Quality Issues

If you receive a meal that is spoiled, damaged, incorrect (wrong meal type), or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a full credit or refund for that meal.

To request a credit, report the issue through the mobile app or email support@manadinner.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the meal and a brief description of the issue.

3Missed Deliveries

If your meal is not delivered by the end of the stated delivery window (1:00 PM for lunch, 8:00 PM for dinner) and the failure is on our end, you will receive a full credit for that meal automatically.

If delivery fails because the address was incorrect, inaccessible, or you were unavailable at a confirmed time, no refund or credit will be issued.

4Subscription Cancellation Refunds

When you cancel your subscription, you continue to receive meals until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period.

If you cancel within the first 3 days of your very first subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the monthly fee minus the cost of any meals already delivered.

5Paused Subscriptions

When your subscription is paused, no meal charges accrue and no deliveries are made. There is no refund needed for paused periods since you are not charged. Your monthly flat fee is prorated if you pause mid-cycle.

6Refund Method

Refunds for subscription payments are returned to the original payment method (credit card or debit card) via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.

Meal credits are applied to your manadinner account and will offset future meal charges. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

7Founding Member Pricing

If you are a founding member and you cancel your subscription, your locked-in founding member pricing will be forfeited. Should you choose to resubscribe in the future, standard pricing at that time will apply.

8How to Request a Refund

Report meal issues through the app (tap the meal → 'Report Issue') or email support@manadinner.com with your account details, date, and description.

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund or credit details.

9Disputes

If you believe a refund request was denied incorrectly, you may appeal by emailing support@manadinner.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
